Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment with us

Please note that Equilibrium has a 3 working day cancellation policy. If any cancellations are made with less than 3 working days’ notice, a £50 fee will be charged.

Cancellation should be made in writing by email and you will receive acknowledgement. If you do not receive a response, you must assume that your cancellation request has not been received and re-submit it or call us to check you have the right contact details.

If Equilibrium needs to cancel an appointment with you

Whilst we would never wish to cancel an appointment, in the rare event of illness or other factors outside of our control, it may be necessary.

Notice of cancellation will be given as soon as feasibly possible – both by phone and in writing and your appointment rearranged. You  reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
