In order to deliver its services, Equilibrium must hold personal data and we recognise our obligations under the relevant legislation for data protection.
- Equilibrium’s specialist clinic management software uses secure UK-based data centres, with all data backed up in real time at 2 separate centres. Connections are encrypted at AES 256 bit which is double NHS standard.
- The centres are tier 3 secured (the highest non-military standard with 3 barriers to entry and exit, 24 hour staff, CCTV) and compliant with the ISO 27001 requirements.
- The Equilibrium website and all/any contact forms and questionnaires completed are hosted on a secure server with SSL protection, encrypting sensitive data and protecting site visitors.
